BFG has a major issue which is going to bite them in my opinion. Hi All I reported an issue over two months ago and get another cut and paste response to thank me for my patience - well it has gone. My parting shot to the Tech Support Supervisor was to better educate the front line staff. But as it turns out, when my complaint finally got kicked upstairs, the problem was resolved immediately.

If I were creating this report before the resolution, I would award one star. I have several pages of screenshots and texts between myself and BFG that illustrate the exhaustive measures I went to to finally resolve the problem, and it all came down to Tech Support's general lack of education. Then, within a couple more months, I wouldn't be able to get past my log in data.

The trouble generally came under my radar in the summer of 2022 when I couldn't get into my account with any consistency. Things got worse and it quickly deteriorated to the point where the company should have gone under but, they persevered and limped along for a great number of months. I've been a Big Fish Game subscriber since 2009 and the product and service was excellent until 2020 or thereabouts when (coinciding with Covid) the site became unstable.
